What to Wear?

Ideally, loose clothing that allows access to the body part that will be treated.

How long do the results last?

The treated fat cells are permanently destroyed—they will never come back as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle and do not create new fat cells.

Frequency of treatments?

This varies greatly on the individual, their lymphatic system and the area being treated.

For Slimming/Sculpting - Once every week until desired results, which varies by individual, but can take 4-8 treatments. For Facials/Double Chin - Once every week until desired results, may take 4-8 treatments.

How long does treatment take?

Treatment times vary based on the area being treated. Start to finish with cryotherapy, led/red light is typically under 45 minutes.

Are maintenance treatments required?

This varies on the individual and treatment type. For Facials it is recommended to schedule maintenance treatments every 2-3 months after achieving desired results.


Our Cryo-slimming treatments permanently destroy fat cells in the treatment area. These cells are destroyed and do not come back. We recommend clients maintain a healthy diet that is low in carbs and sugar and engage in an active lifestyle that includes exercise and strength training. We also recommend that our clients AVOID alcohol.

Since weight gain and age contribute to the formation of cellulite, new fat cells may develop over time. We recommend a regimen of 4 to 6 cellulite treatments annually to maintain exceptional results. Cryo-Slimming can reduce cellulite prior to important events like vacations and weddings where clients want to look and feel their best!!

What to do Before & After treatment?

Before:

*We recommend that clients do not eat simple carbs for 2 hours before and after Cryo-Slimming. Why? Sugar immediately energizes adipose (fat) cells, enabling them to resist being broken down. The last thing we want is for those cells to survive.  We also recommend you drink water and stay hydrated prior to your treatment.

**Please arrive for your ChillBody in comfortable clothes that allow access to the treated areas.  Please remove any jewlery, make up, sunscreen or body lotions or creams from the treatment areas.

**Please arrive on time with your forms completed prior to arrival.

After:

  1. Please do not eat simple carbs for 2 hours after Cryo-Slimming. Why? Sugar immediately energizes adipose (fat) cells, enabling them to resist being broken down. The last thing we want is for those cells to survive.
  2. Please drink as much water as possible after treatments to facilitate fat detox and hydrate!
  3. Exercise after treatment is recommended.
  4. Please do not take a hot shower or use the sauna immediately after treatment. Your fat tissue will remain cold for a long time—up to 6 hours post treatment. During that time more fat will “freeze”. So keeping that area cold longer is a good thing!
  5. Moisturize the treatment area daily.  If Cryo-Slimming massage moisturizer in the direction of the lymph nodes as instructed.  If facial, moisturize in an upward and outward motion as instructed.
